Secon order cancelled

Three weeks ago Takealot cancelled an order of mine. Again an order of mine was cancelled. When the first order was cancelled, I had to pay an additional R 310 for the same product. NOW I WONDER IF I WILL HAVE TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY?
