After I have tried from August 2924 to lodge a complaint at Takealot about the condition of the item and failing to get a response, today when I finally got hold of them I am told that the 30 days return policy has lapsed.Their response advice me to either get the matter to the supplier, which is absurd. They us their platform to sell factory fault items,masquerading as massive discounted price.
