Scheduling and rescheduling order is a nightmare. With bad service

Never had a problem with them. But I ordered something last week Sunday that was supposed to be delivered next day. It didn't come. It could come on Wednesday though but I was on a business trip. I rescheduled the order for the following Monday.

Monday night very late I got a message that it was lost in transit and a new message appeared. That it would be delivered the next day. At this time, I queried their help team and after at last receiving a reply, the order was re confirmed for this Friday.

I just want to know for sure my order is coming, and honestly having to reschedule the whole time is very annoying. Not knowing when they will come makes planning your week difficult.

And we ordered a fridge. Difficult to live without
