I bought a TV that was on a blue dot special on black friday, I was not given the discount as promised on the e-mail that was sent by takealot. I have called and called and no one is willing to assist. Takealot are ********, the e-mail is there, the proof of payment is there, why can't they give me my discount refund. I have asked them to come and collect the TV and give me back my refund. This is just unprofessional and shows that they don't care about their customers. They are ************* and **** people. Never again I buy from them.
