I placed an order of over R1350 and on the 24th Feb for the next day delivery which needed me to pay R95 delivery fee. On the 25th their App stated that my order was delivered and I signed for it whereas this was all blatant lies. I have been calling them since Friday and was promised that I would receive my order on the 1st of March and I still don’t have anything yet. Order stated that it was Out for Delivery at 17:01 and I received at 17:04. What the actual hack 🙄… I made 5 calls and still not getting any joy. I’m so livid and want my full refund . I have been buying from takealot and this is the service I get after supporting them 😡
