There in the business of false advertising and omitting information about the Mate 20 Pro. They claim to be giving you the dual sim version but in actual fact it’s up to them to decide which version they give they gave me a single sim version when clearly it states that the phone is dual sim. Then on other adverts they put single sim and brand of the sim then others they put dual sim. Why don’t they do the same for all adverts. They have been processing my return since the 23 of March back and forth asking me ridiculous questions instead of owning up to the fact that they didn’t give me the right phone. At that previous point I wanted a replacement but now I just want my money back , this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Takealot and I buy so much from them which is utterly disappointing. I should’ve just gone straight to Hauwei or a more reputable company
