I had a bad experience with TAKEALOT.COM

I purchased 2 items from them.

1. Beach Shelter 2. Umbrella and chair ( this is a combo deal ans is seen as 1 item)

On delivery, my college received the order not knowing what is in the package. Only received the Beach Shelter and the Chair with not umbrella

I have call the call center whole day on the 20th and now the 21st.

They are keeping full both items was delivered. The driver from takealot (Cayline)confirm that she did not deliver the umbrella however the warehouse is that both items was delivered and received.

The driver claims that I need to contact the call center and she cant help me as she already explain to them what happened,

My order was delivered sort, am extremely angry that no one is helping me.

My next step would be getting my lawyers involved.
