I bought a condenser microphone kit, fetched it from the Kempton park warehouse on Friday 04/12/2020 and when I got home I realized the mic is not working, I then logged a return in which they rep**** it will be fetched on Monday 07/12/2020 before 5PM but no one showed up, they only sent communication around 6pm that the collection will be rescheduled(not specifying dates) so I decided to drop it off at the warehouse on Tuesday 08/12/2020 and ever since I’ve been waiting for feedback because I’m told they are still waiting to confirm that the package was dropped off. I have been talking to different agents all week and no one can help, all I am told is that they will get back to me..this is nauseating!!
