Bought a chest drawer from takealot, delivered and we discovered it was faulty. We then logged a return with them, they sent someone to collect happy.

A day later we realised our return is cancelled and whoever cancelled it made sure there is no notification email to advise of the same cancellation and why it was cancelled.

I still dont have my refund, fedex confirmed item was returned to takealot and no one is saying anything. I want my refund!!!

Its been days since item was returned no refund, been talking to Kayla Murphy.
