<p>About two weeks ago i order a few things with takealot, Nappies, Dog Food, Coffee and Wet Wipes totalling nearly a R1000, i havent recieved anything yet, my daughter doesnt have nappies, my dog doesnt have food, i dont have money to buy any of the items in the meantime, i wasted R300 airtime calling them, none of the even able to help me, i even told them i will collect my order myself at the warehouse, then i was told that they will get back to me AND I AM STILL WAITING, your customer service is PATHETIC! I still havent receive anything not even a call, email or SMS. I phoned like 6 times with nobody even able to tell me i can go collect my goods, they even hung up on me. asked me my order number 10 ****EN TIMES AND I STILL NOTHING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>AT THIS MOMENT I AM FEELING ****MED! AND I AM SURE I WILL BE SPEND OVER R2000 WITH THIS ORDER BECAUSE I WILL MOST PROBABLY HAVE TO COLLECT IF THE EVER GET BACK TO ME!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>YOU LOST A CUSTOMER AND I WILL MAKE SURE MY WORD ECHO'S SO THAT YOU WILL LOSE A FEW 1000 CUSTOMERS.</p>
