**** refund system

I purchased item. Item was damaged. I sent back for exchange. I showed the damaged component to the Takealot agent at drop off. 5 days later, they said I damaged item and refusing refund. I will never recommend Takealot. They have a **** refund policy. Even though website says " No Hassle returns". Rather spend you money at Amazon or Loot.
