**** on Takealot

I order a Samsung A04s smartphone on the 7th of February 2023 and my delivery was estimated on the 9th February 2023 and indeed I received my package on the 9th February 2023 unfortunately inside the packet was 3 novels that I didn't order... immediately I called the customer service and arranged for return eve n today am still waiting no one is updating me. Status on their website still says arranged for collection while it was collected on the 10th February 2023... I need someone to please help me on resolving this matter I bought this phone for my daughter's to use at school and paid cash I can even send proof of payment
