**** + False advertising

I recently purchased an Issey Miyake EDT 75ml For Him together with a few other items as a gift for a friend (order ********** 7). This order was not delivered on time, nor was I notified by takealot that there will be delay. When I followed up with takealot on the first response to my ticket was "sorry" and closed, there has been no indication of when I could expect my order nor did they call me as per my request.

Upon a followup ticket the second agent did call and explain that there was no stock and that takealot was awaiting delivery from their supplier. I did request for his supervisor to call me which did not happen.

To my disgust, when I look at today's daily deals the same Issey Miyake EDT 75ml For Him product which I ordered is in stock and available for sale! what type of **** is this? Terribly disappointing with this service and dishonesty. Will not purchase from takealot again.
