I bought a soundbar, it got faulty, I returned it. And now I'm told that supplier is out of stock, I have the option to either get credited for it or have it repaired. I said that I want it repaired, despite my wishes they credited my account, I got a call and explained to the lady my situation, still nothing had changed. I sent a couple of emails and no one is getting back to me! I DO NOT WANT MY ACCOUNT TO BE CREDITED!! FIX IT.
