Scale delivered as underblanket no exchange!?!?

So I made the mistake of ordering a electric underblanket from [URL Removed] after their Kalahari merger(I used to receive great service and prompt delivery from takealot unlike my struggles with Kalahari before their demise)<br> On Sunday after comparing prices at our local stores we saw that Takealot was a bit more friendly on the budget, and knowing their past service I erroneously thought it was a good deal. On Tuesday the package was delivered I got home a bit after 5PM but when I opened the package a glass scale of the same brand was inside. I tried calling the call center but they already knocked off, so I left a complaint on the website. Today I got an email saying I must return the item via 3 methods for a refund.(since I don't want to refund my purchase only to get what I ordered I called the call center) The call center told me that I must first return my purchase for a refund then re-purchase my Item. So now hopefully their courier will collect the parcel by Friday then I will likely get refunded on Monday So I can RE-ORDER the SAME item only to wait 2 more days for what? another glass scale or an underblanket? Why this runaround when YOU messed up now my son has to SUFFER!
