Says ya order delivered but did not arrive.

I made a order for a Dixon speaker through the Takealot app, I received confirmation it would arrive today before 5pm. I then received a email at 11:36am saying that my order had been delivered, however I am at home and my delivery is no where to be seen. I have tried contacting Takealot via email but no response. There is also not telephone number to contact them. I have now paid for a product which I will never see and can't get hold of Takealot. Just a warning to others not to shop online through Takealot.
