Says Delivered but have. Othing

I ordered a couple of stuff on Takealot. I get a message Friday 1Septermber a sms stating my parcel will be delivered.

So I waited and waited... eventually I check the status on app and it says it was delivered. Our Company closes at 4 on Friday so I waited for Monday.

NO-ONE has seen this packaging. So I look for Takealots number to call, the 087 number rings once then dropps, the 011 number is according to Telkom does not exist. So I sent a request to phone me or email me but since Wednesday NO RESPONSE!!

I had such a good experience but this is insane how I mean nothing to them?
