Saying I sent them salt and pepper set when I sent them a Russel Hobbs coffee maker and refusing to refund me my money back

Stressful have tried to send them all the proof I have but still they saying I sent salt and pepper set yet they have a pic of the coffee maker I sent and a pic of the salt and pepper set I still have at home????
