SAVE A TODDLER

Wow! I would like to give props to this organisation and all of it's employees. I work in a supply chain environment and I'd like to think, this is how the public perceives us as well.

My daughter turned 3 at the end of last month and with pay day being on a Monday, it was pretty disastorous planning her birthday celebration. We've used the services of TAKEALOT.com before and I thought why not?

Initially I requested for the product to be delivered on a Friday, when I had ordered it on Thursday and paid that night. TAKEALOT.com had warehouse issues and I panicked so I was difficult at first because I was getting mixed messages and the first consultant I spoke with sent the info to the registered account instead of mine. They assured me the product would be delivered on Saturday and indeed before 5pm on that day my little girl's prezzie was delivered in perfect condition and with no errors.

Awesome teamwork! Effiecient employees. Thank God!
