Satisfied with Takealot's service

I purchased a variety of items from them this year and despite the pandemic their delivery times are always impressive. I've never received a damaged item so they are pretty good in that department as well.

I like the ability to track your parcel. As a result you don't have a need to call anyone to find out at what phase your delivery is.

I'm a loyal customer and I think if Takealot is seeking more growth they should offer discounts or vouchers every now and then to their loyal customers which will most likely encourage spending and help them retain their existing client base.

Sometimes take a smaller margin over volume actually turns out to be more profitable. Something worth considering if you're reading this @Takealot
