Satisfied with service

I recently ordered the wrong battery for my Lenovo laptop, which I had to return then await confirmation of my credit. After which I then ordered the correct battery. I am impressed with this company's efficiency in keeping me informed about everything including delivery dates, etc. However, it was a surprise for them to debit my account for the R1.00 difference in price!
