I recently purchased 3 luggages and I received it within 3 working days but when I opened it 1 luggage was damaged and I have to return it for replacement and to my surprise they didn’t not take time to attend my defect and it was replaced within 3 days. I was gifting a friend for her birthday so I had to ship it to her address. And I must say they did not disappoint.
