Satisfied

I ordered an expensive watch from Takealot and the watch box arrived empty. The actual Takealot box had not been tampered with but the watch box was. I reported this to Takealot who said they would investigate. Although it took about 2 weeks and I was quite anxious they gave me the credit. I understand that such investigations can take time and are extremely grateful at the outcome.
