Takealot has dropped the ball! I have been a loyal customer for years however based on my recent purchases, I am utterly disappointed with the service I have received. Ordered a product during Black Friday and subsequently returned it as did not meet the description. 2 weeks later I received the product back with no explanation whatsoever. I have emailed Takealot several times to no avail. Really disappointed with their response or lack thereof. #SANeedsSomethingAmazon!
