Sandiso.D best customer service

Best agent I have ever dealt with, Sandiso.D. I placed an order on the 7th, supposed to have received it on the 12th of February, but they kepy on rescheduling, getting agents telling me stories, with no solution. Then luckily after calling for the 10th time, I got assisted by an agent called Sandiso.D, He was willing to assist, kept on doing follow ups, calling me back ensuring that I am assisted. Some people you can tell they were born with assisting people, and you can tell they love their job. Am unhappy with Takealot service but very happy with their agent.
