Samsung Usb C type to Iphone cable

I ordered a Samsung USB C Type cable however they delivered an IPhone cable, i made sure they deliver in time as my Samsung charger is damaged and paid delivery fee, its been 3days I've logged a return and asking for a refund so that i can go buy a charger, however they're ignoring my emails, the land line is not available 😢 this is poor service how would i charge a Samsung phone with an Iphone cable. Poor service. Please help to get refund
