Samsung phone bought on Takealot blacklisted

I purchased a Samsung cellphone from Takealot in April 2024 for my daughter. Recently I discovered that the device has been blacklisted, despite buying it legitimately through your platform. This is extremely concerning as the phone was bought in good faith and has been working until now. A blacklisted device suggests there may be an issue with the IMEI or the original source of the phone. I have contacted Takealot but have not yet received a satisfactory resolution. I request urgent assistance to provide me with a full refund.
