Dear All,

Further to my conversation on Sunday 11th December 2022, I have the following to say.

On Black Friday 25th November 2022 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Z FOLD 4 Cellular Phone. Discovery Card afford me 30% discount off my miles which equates to R5500.00.

I received a pair of ARM SOCKS !!! I was totally stunned!! I phoned Takealot and spoke to Kirsty, she was very helpful and she asked to send her pictures of what I had received. I thought that was the end of that. I asked for a replacement.

On Monday 5th December 2022 I spoke to NASA. C and asked her what they were going to do about diffence in price, because it was MUCH CHEAPER at that point in time, she said and I quote she doesn’t want to hold on indefinitely, she will CALL ME BACK. Three hours Nasma had CREDITED THE AMOUNT BACK MY DICOVERY BANK CARD and most importantly of all I LOST ALL THE MONEY THAT DISCOVERY HAD AFFORDED ME IN DISCOUNTS IE 30%. R5500.00

Then I spoke to Samantha who was very lymphatic to me about my loss of R5500.00 but the phone was now cheaper. I had to forgo my R5500.00 which I was prepared to do so.

My phone was due to arrive on Sunday 11th December 2022 it did, and to my absolute horror, I found a woman Black Sports T-Shirt in the box. I immediately phoned and spoke Sam, who was extremely because IT WAS THE SECOND TIME IN JUST 2 WEEKS.

That is NOT POSSIBLE with company as repeatable as Takealot.

I look forward to hearing from ANYONE immediately because you have a serious problem.
