Samsung COUPON issued iso VOUCHER

Running in circles for weeks to try and resolve the issue of being issued a coupon when a voucher was promised by Samsung. Keep getting the same responses. Individual questions not addressed. Different people taking the query from the queue giving the same responses. You can't get past them to determine the root cause and find a solution. Extremely frustrating. I was promised a voucher by Samsung. Received a coupon from Takealot instead. Spent R1500 of my R4500. Now I am told I have to forfeit the other R3000 as I was supposed to spend all at once as it is a coupon.
