Samsung A12

Ordered a Samsung a12 in may and got delivered ,only after a month of use the phone wouldn't switch on then got a refund. I bought another one yesterday and it got delivered in a damp takealot box as well as the cellphones box was wet then j opened the box to switched the phone on and the phone had blue strips under the screen next to the network bar as well as next to the front camera . I don't understand why they sell faulty phones at first hand prices I mean if I wanted a second hand phone I would've went on gumtree ,OLX etc. Very poor service and it seems like the driver knew there was a problem because after I received the box he didn't even check for my name as it was delivered to my work place and when I looked up he was already headed to his vehicle. I strongly suggest that no one ever buys a cellphone device from them as returns and refunds is a lengthy and unconvincing process. They take forever to return emails as well. **** poor service,very atrocious.
