Same problems every time but now with false advertising also

Purchased Vanish Laundry Cleaning Bundle was advertised as: Bundle includes the following products: 1 x Vanish Crystal Whites 400g 1 x Vanish Liquid 2L 1 x Power O2 1KG 1 x Power O2 Pre Wash Trigger Same 4 were shown in the picture but what was delivered was the following: 1 x Vanish Crystal Whites 400g 1 x Vanish Liquid 2L 1 x Vanish Liquid 500ml 1 x Power O2 Pre Wash Trigger Because I need the 3 items that I ordered which was delivered correctly I used them on the same day. I only wish to return the item which was delivered incorrectly and was not what was advertised which was the Vanish 500ml liquid. The entire order was delivered in an unbranded vehicle. It came at around 15:07 delivered by a women named Siqombile. The women had no invoice with her and no document stating how many boxes were being delivered. She did not ask me to sign any documentation to acknowledge receipt. She mentioned that the not signing was part of Covid Protocol and while that is fair enough she was not wearing a mask. Over the last few months, I have received orders from TakeAlot both in Durban and in Johannesburg and to be honest I'm not sure what your protocol is because they sometimes wait for me to accept, on other occasions they leave my boxes with persons other than myself including. They always state on your all your digital platforms that the orders were signed for by me. Of the last 4 orders I was only called once to say that they were outside to deliver and this was on the most recent occasion were there is an item to return. Also I have stated on several previous interactions that your window period for delivery is too wide because it is unfair to expect your customers to be on standby for an entire day. You have sms functionality and that is an instant messaging service you should be able to advise on delivery closer to the time and also always call on arrival otherwise you might consider allowing us to track with a service such as Uber and Uber Eats does where we can actually see how far the driver is once the goods are dispatched. Stop letting other people collect my deliveries and call me when you arrive. I think this is a fair enough request. Not expecting miracles in terms of getting 1 out of 4 items in a bundle exchanged but it was your error and it has inconvenienced me so I had to use the other 3. The value of the Power O2 powder 1kg is much higher than the 500ml liquid which was delivered. Please also give us a proper channel for lodging complaints on your owned digital platforms so that we don't have to complain on Hello Peter.
