Same problems again

This is the second incident i have had with Takealot with regards to an order not being shipped on the expected date. I should be receiving my order today however it has still not shipped. The expected delivery date was suppose to be 26 July 2018 they then notified me that due to waiting for stock i would be able to expect my order today. Today has come and the order has still not been shipped nor have i received any feedback as to whether the order will be delayed yet again or not. The service has gone down hill. I placed another order today for same day delivery but i have a feeling that this will not happen and that they charged me additional shipping fees for nothing so there i lose money as well.
