Same order wrong 4 times

<p>IOn 14 December 2016 i ordered a South African rugby t shirt for a friend in Germany. I ordered it from Takealot because it was a good price and it had the option of personalising the item. Now for me that was a great extra for the gift. It is now 6th January and i received the same order for the 4th time and it's still not personalised. </p> <p> </p> <p>I actually have no idea what to do anymore. Nobody from Takealot personally called me to actually explain why the order keeps getting delivered when it's incorrect and how they can fix it. This is the worst service i have ever had from an online shopping site. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm done with Takealot!!</p>
