Same mistake done twice - Returns department cannot read

1st delivery of two artist canvasses. Canvasses was torn and canvas wedges missing. 2nd delivery after complaint: Canvas wedges still missing.

Product clearly states "Corner wedges allow tension to be adjusted" In my 26 years of painting on canvas I have never received a canvas without wedges(no matter the price), because, well - they are essential, and are not sold seperately, by anyone. So these canvasses are unusable!

Think they might be trying to flog off B-Stock at A-stock prices to unsuspecting consumers
