Same incorrect product returned delivered again

Ordered Posture Brace for relief from back pain from takealot...product delivered was so small, even a small child would struggle to fit this....Returned item as wrong product delivered...got notified, I couldn't get the right size product delivered and that I would get refunded....Went back onto takealot and ordered a different product but this time made sure I selected 2Xlarge...What got delivered today was the exact same product I sent back (like exactly the same one) only now it was wrapped in cellophane with a different barcode stuck on the cellophane...wow takealot...that is just unbelievably unprofessional...Completely agree with all the other negative reviews.
