Same driver and non-receipt of goods

Godfrey Mathebula, a Takealot driver, called me to inform me that he is running late and cannot deliver the items within business hours. On a previous occasion, my package went missing because he marked it as delivered, yet failed to deliver the items. I had to call him and tell him that I was reporting the incident, so he could (days later) find my package and eventually deliver it. Today, he phoned me again, trying to pull the same stunt. He is running late and wants to override the system by taking the delivery off-book. I refused this. I said that the items must be returned to the warehouse if he is unable to make his targets for the day. This is all recorded telephonically. He then **** to Takealot again, indicating that he cannot locate the address and therefore cannot deliver my package. I received an SMS from Takealot stating the apparent reason. This is the second time I am dealing with the exact same driver lying about my delivery. I previously reported him, and I have reported him again. Honestly, I will no longer use Takealot as management has taken no action to address the driver's misbehaviour/bypass of the standard delivery procedure.
