Same day No Service

Why do they have same day collection, if they cannot even get it to the collection point on time. Urgent order placed by 8:30 am. It was only shipped at 3;47pm. Arrived at the collection point at 5:25. They close at 6pm, but still it is nor yet ready!! ***
