Same Day Delivery Ya Righ
I have been wanting to do this for while after my last dreadful experience with delivery . I ordered same day and got it the next day. To Rectify the problem Takelot gave me a R 50 discount on my account however what does same day cost a person. Again yesterday I ordered at 07:30 am for Same day delivery I wait at work <br> until 5pm. No Delivery - then at 6 Mr Delivery phones and I say I am at home not the office any more not a problem mam we will change delivery address. Sad to say I phoned takelot at 20:46 to say please do me a favor and don't delivery today as I will not be answering the door. As I type this no phone call as yet to me made to be telling me about my parcel or status. Shocking... I suppose again a R 50 voucher will help well - not his time I am not paying for the delivery fee at all as I feel that is fair.<br>

This should have been done the first time around and we apologise that this didn't happen. Our complaints team will make sure that this credit is processed ASAP. They'll also get an update on the whereabouts of your parcel and ensure that delivery is completed soonest.
