Same day delivery selected and paid for but delivery only arriving tomorrow

Placed an order, selected and was charged for same day delivery, tracking shows order will only be dispatched tomorrow (to clarify, i had the option of selecting delivery fortomorrow at no cost, I selected same day at a cost!!!!). Just called for the third time and the phone went dead whilst waiting for the agent to call management.
