Same day delivery ripoff

They charge R120 for same day delivery. They couldn’t fulfil this then turn around and point the finger at the customer saying I wasn’t home to take delivery. No delivery was even attempted. Both address and cellphone number are 100% correct. They didn’t even call! PATHETIC SERVICE!
