Same day delivery promise not met, second issue in same week.

Same day delivery method used for order (Friday). I then get notified late afternoon that the order will only be delivered next week Monday. Not cool. Takealot seems to be coming to deliver later and later. Even if they manage same day, its actually nighttime already. pointless on many occasions, for a service that is being paid for. Earlier this week another order, the driver came to deliver and did not have the items. He then proceeded to mark the order delivery as complete. Takealot - please invest in additional resources as it seems the service delivery and delivery in general is not what it used to be. Also, kindly can you guys maintain those three wheel vehicles as they seem to leak oil on customers driveways quite often. Thanks
