Same Day Delivery Promise Not Met

Takealot promised same day delivery upon placing an order before 10am (#***), but then fails to stick to this promise. When calling the call center, you are informed that for same day delivery you have to pay the same day delivery fee or be a TakealotMore member - This is NOT indicated when you go into the product that promises the same day delivery....I want my order..TODAY as promised by your website!
