Same day delivery paid by customer but service not provided

Second time i'm ordering and paying R95 for same day delivery and i have not received my order! I have all correspondence and excuses from the last time as proof that this is a service they can't fulfill. Once again you cannot them to escalte, no email address to escalte to, phone calls and facebook messenger just go unanswered. Amazon may cost a bit more for SOME products but at least their customer service and service delivery justifies the cost?!!!
