Same Day Delivery... Not Delivered

I ordered an item (#***8) this morning, selected same-day delivery, and paid the additional delivery cost. It's now 9 pm and I still don't have the item.

This is frustrating, but it isn't what bothers me. What bothers me is that it's next to impossible to contact Takealot to ask what's happening, short of sending a Facebook message and waiting for the 24-hour turnaround for a response, so I'm writing here.

I believe that due to the inconvenience and the additional fee, the entire fee should be refunded.
