same day delivery mess up of note
As a first time same delivery user, I am not impressed.<br> <br> I ordered something at 10am for delivery same day before 5PM as I needed the product by 7PM.<br> <br> At 5pm I call, Mr D says it will be delivered in 10 mins.<br> 6Pm comes, still nothing. Mr D says they tried to call me but i didn't answer. This is untrue as I kept my phone open since 2pm in case I received a call. They are either lying or had my number wrong.<br> <br> They then send another driver and I only received my order at 6:30PM!!<br> <br> This is way too late as I needed the product by 6PM.<br> <br> Same day delivery is a waste of time, money and effort.<br> I will not be using same day again!<br> <br> takealot, please escalate and sort out this mess with mr D.
