Same Day Delivery, in a world with 144 hour days!

<p>I place two orders on Friday, 16/09/2016. Both orders paid for with same day delivery. The first order placed on friday 16th September 2016 at 7.16 was not delivered at all on Friday, not even left the warehouse, The second order I got lunch time. I phone at 13.30 on Friday Afternoon and was assured the delivery would be made on Friday, I tried to get assurance ,ultiple times, but the annoined operator just kept on asking if there is something else they could do for me. The did nothing, as nothing happened, I did not hear any thing from any one. Not one sms, email or phone call. I checked again on Saturday morning, I phoned on saturday, and yes they did refund the R50 same day delivery, but now my order will only be delivered the next Thursday the 22nd September 2016 , this is nearly a week later. I wanted same day delivery now I get a week ??? Takealot can not handle 2 orders on the same day, this is the second time I have done this, and the second time it failed, the first order falls through the cracks. First time shame on takealot, second time shame on me, there will be no thrid time, beware, do not order twice on the same day with the same user profile!!Please fix the system, and please deliver my goods takealot!!!<br />Bad service from takealot!!</p>
