Same day delivery failure and charged for it!

<p>Ordered item for same day delivery. Got no phone calls and no delivery. This was a Friday. On Monday i got a call to say item will be delivered which was pointless as i needed it the Friday. After getting phone calls from Mr D on the Tuesday and Wednesday, saying they will deliver and telling them i cancelled on the Monday as i required the item on the previous Friday,my account was credited with the amount of the item but i was charged for delivery? Never use same day delivery you won't get your order and you will be charged for nothing. </p>
