Same day Delivery charge *******!!!

I order a lot from takealot. So when I pay EXTRA to receive something the same day, when given that option. I EXPECT to receive it the same day BEFORE 5pm as stated!!! So not willing to refund me my R75 for same day delivery, which DID NOT HAPPEN as the driver got here AFTER 5pm is pathetic, and you just lost a valued client,

I promise you this, I will NEVER order from you again.
