Same day delivery arrived a week later

I have recently placed two orders. One was delivered several days late and the other has not been delivered yet but it late. For both these orders, I paid additional for expedited delivery. The first order was placed for a guaranteed same day delivery at a fee of R120, yet it was delivered a full 6 days later. The other order was placed for guaranteed next day delivery at a fee of R95 - it was not delivered the next day. It is not acceptable to charge for expediting a delivery and delivering a week later than promised, especially if the promise was for same day delivery.
