Same day collection issue for Takealot Order ***

I have an issue with takealot Order Number ***. Called a Takealot Contact centre Agent who said that I just need to pay before 10am for the order to be delivered on the same day. Did an order for a branch in Johannesburg, Randburg Tebleau and there was no option for instant delivery option.

So called the call centre and talked to Sizakele.M to confirm and they he was rude to me as he wasted close to 30 minutes arguing with me that he cannot put me through to his supervisor, manager or superior to correct the order so that it can be collected today instead of the 22nd of May 2022 as its urgently needed before 1am.
